How does UEN validation work?
We check the format of Singapore UEN numbers and look the recipient up on the InvoiceNow participant directory before you send. Confirming the entity's ACRA/IRAS record stays with you.
Do you support GST calculations?
Yes. We automatically calculate GST at the current rate (9% as of 2024). You can override this for GST-exempt items or zero-rated exports.
