Request deletion of your EncryptInvoice account and all associated data. You can do it yourself inside the app, or submit a request below.

Delete it yourself

If you can sign in, the fastest way is from your account: go to Settings → Privacy & GDPR and choose “Request erasure”.

What happens to your data

Your account, profile and personal data are permanently erased. Archived fiscal documents held under an Archive-Vault retention guarantee are the exception: they are kept until their retention date, and are destroyed only if you separately request and acknowledge it.
