Organization Settings
Configure your company details, branding, tax information, and document defaults.
Steps

Open settings
Click the gear icon in the top-right user menu and select Organization Settings.

Update company details
Edit your company name, address, phone number, and email. These appear on all outgoing documents.

Configure tax settings
Enter your VAT number and set default tax rates for your invoices.

Customize branding
Upload your logo and choose your preferred document language.

Save changes
Click Save to apply all changes. Existing documents are not affected — only new documents use the updated settings.
Tips
- Changes to settings only affect new documents, not previously finalized ones.
- You can manage multiple organizations from the same account.
- Set your preferred currency to avoid selecting it on every invoice.
