Organization Settings

Configure your company details, branding, tax information, and document defaults.

Steps

    Open settings

    Click the gear icon in the top-right user menu and select Organization Settings.

    Update company details

    Edit your company name, address, phone number, and email. These appear on all outgoing documents.

  3. 3

    Configure tax settings

    Enter your VAT number and set default tax rates for your invoices.

  4. 4

    Customize branding

    Upload your logo and choose your preferred document language.

  5. 5

    Save changes

    Click Save to apply all changes. Existing documents are not affected — only new documents use the updated settings.

Tips

  • Changes to settings only affect new documents, not previously finalized ones.
  • You can manage multiple organizations from the same account.
  • Set your preferred currency to avoid selecting it on every invoice.
